When is it time to hire a Virtual Assistant?

Are we the right service for you?
Before working with a new client, we offer a no-obligation free-of-charge discovery session. This is typically a 30-minute call or face-to-face meeting where we can get to know each other, and we can find out what problems you are facing in your business. We also explore ways of working and chat about how we could work together.
How will your service solve my problems?
By taking on the tasks that are taking your focus away from your business and allowing you to get on with those tasks that will enable you to achieve your goals.
How will it work?
Depending on the nature of the tasks you need to delegate, most of the work will be completed remotely. We use a variety of different methods to communicate and work with clients.
What are your rates? Do you charge by the hour?
We have hourly rates, project rates and retainer rates - whatever suits your needs best.
How do I know that my business and customer details will be safe?
Confidentiality is an important part of our business and we take security and privacy issues very seriously. We offer all clients a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and we are registered with the ICO.
How well trained are your Virtual Assistants?
All of our VAs have been working as Executive/Personal Assistants for a minimum of 5 years before coming to us. Individuals hold advanced qualifications as/in Executive/Personal Assistants, Legal Executives, Internal Communications, Event Managment and Social Media. They have worked in a broad range of industries and have experience working at all levels.
